Walker's Laws

Laws
I. Pursuant to the First Tradition this is the most important law in my domain. The Masquerade is sacred. Cover your own tracks, dispose of your evidence. Investigations by mortal press and police are intolerable and you will be dealt with harshly.
II. Should another Kindred need to cover your tracks for you to protect the masquerade, they will have the right to request at least a minor boon from you and can petition myself, your primogen, or the harpy for more.
III. Do not harm travelers to this domain, it degrades the power and wealth within this city. You have my leave to feed on them but if evidence is left and found the transgression will be dealt with appropriately.
IV. Elysium continues to be a sacred ground for us. It should go without saying that violence will not be tolerated, nor will use of any powers of the bloods without my or the Keeper’s permission. The ability to read auras and hide your appearance are the exceptions to this. These are in addition to any laws that the Keeper sees fit to establish.
V. While communication with the Anarchs is no longer barred, I do not take betrayal lightly. Working with the Anarchs to harm a member of the Camarilla, even if this is not a physical threat, will be met with extreme measures.
VI. Rules against the Sabbat stand. Do not work with them in any capacity and immediately report them to me. You have my leave to destroy them if necessary but capturing them so that we may pull information from them is preferred.
VII. All Kindred acknowledged within my domain have my permission to embrace others. I do recognize this is a radical shift from most laws, so I advise all those in my domain to not press this gift. The child is to be immediately presented to me and I reserve the right to refuse to acknowledge the child. Any childe found to not be presented will be treated as an unacknowledged vampire and should their sire be found to be one of my domain their sire will be treated harshly. In addition, the progeny’s mistakes will be treated as both theirs and their sires, acknowledged or not. This law will be revoked and replaced with a harsher one should I feel it is being abused. Those of Chicago who Embrace outside of Chicago will be treated as if they had Embraced within Chicago.
VIII. All those acknowledged within Chicago enjoy protection from each other. Any found to directly or indirectly bring harm to another of the Camarilla or others I declare under my protection without my leave will be exiled at a minimum.
IX. All Kindred within my domain are to understand that influence in the mortal world is a strength that I acknowledge. Attacking another Kindred’s mortal web will be dealt with appropriately.
X. Magical items acquired will be presented to both me so they may be checked for threat to Kindred. I will then decide what will be done with them. This does not necessarily mean you will permanently lose access to it but I don’t want further magical incidents to occur. In addition, remains of magical creatures, even the ash or similar equivalent, are to be presented to me for similar procedures.
